To upgrade the firmware of your Feit Home Kit Light Bulb, download the FEIT OTA (Over The Air) app from the app store. Ensure the bulbs are powered on so the firmware can be detected, then open the FEIT OTA app and select MORE, followed by EQUIPMENT UPGRADE GATT. After selecting the desired light, if a firmware update is applicable, select UPDATE RIGHT NOW. Be sure not to leave the app or allow the screen to timeout during the update process. Once the update has been successfully downloaded, you can return to the Apple Home app to add the bulb with the new compatible firmware.
